[Feature Request] Proxy auto config support #939

When you have to configure a network Proxy the only option available is to enter manually Host, Port and eventually Authentication. Eclipse does support the "Native" provider which should get the proxy settings directly from the OS. This should cover also the Proxy Auto Config (PAC) setup.
