Font shading / fading makes visuals difficult to read #956

There is no error this is more of a visual issue

Version of Archi

5.1.0 Silicon Also a problem with previous versions of Archi

Archi Plug-ins

No

Operating System

macOS 13.4.1 on an M2 Mac

Expected Behaviour

The font should render in dark black on the Work Package icon

Actual Behaviour

It is in a light grey color inconsistent with other icons in the view

It does not behave like this on my older MacBook 12" running macOS 13.5

Steps to Reproduce the Behaviour

  1. Create a Motivation view
  2. Create a Principle object
  3. Create a Work Package object
  4. Notice the difference in the font rendering

Hi Eric,

the reason you'll see an element "greyed out" like that is because you'll have set a Viewpoint for that View where the Work Package element is not part of the Viewpoint. For more info on Viewpoints check out the Archi User Guide on pages 53-56.
