Hi Eric,
the reason you'll see an element "greyed out" like that is because you'll have set a Viewpoint for that View where the Work Package element is not part of the Viewpoint. For more info on Viewpoints check out the Archi User Guide on pages 53-56.

There is no error this is more of a visual issue

macOS 13.4.1 on an M2 Mac
Expected Behaviour
The font should render in dark black on the Work Package icon
Actual Behaviour
It is in a light grey color inconsistent with other icons in the view
It does not behave like this on my older MacBook 12" running macOS 13.5
