ADR N: use Python for user application

Decision

We will use Python to develop user app.

Rationale

It is expected to have less complicated code than C++ for user app.
Compatible with gstreamer python.
To use UI lib WxPython with MVC pattern

Status

Reject

Consequences

We have more support in Python community compare to C++ for GUI dev.
Dan won't support for user app implementation in Python
Team should be fluent in Python
