I would like to replace all .dbf files by a more accessible data format.
Describe the end purpose of this feature
Data in the .dbf files needs to be altered quite rarely, but when one does need to alter it, very specific software is required. The data format is outdated and supported by fewer and fewer large software providers.

Mostly CEA developers and power-users.
