Current CEA does not support me adding a new HVAC_HOTWATER type #3400

I would like to add an HVAC_HOTWATER type myself to the database. However, CEA wouldn't let me as it reverted error message that "CEA only supports HVAC_HOTWATER_AS1, 2, 3 & 4"
