This PR includes the functionalities that I have developed for the Moudule D - Urban Design for Plausible Futures.
The new functions:
(1) facilitate the linkage of CEA files to Rhino/Grasshopper-ready format,
(2) support batch processing of all scenarios under one project, and
(3) enable a CEA workflow design that allows users to automate the CEA simulations they need and run them at one go.
To test, go to Modular Toolbox Tab Utilities, and select/test:
(1) SHP to CSV to SHP
(2) Batch process Workflow (beta)
