Operation.csv simulation output not displaying any result #3591

Describe the bug When running simulations using the master branch, the result file _operation.csv of each network is empty, so the objective function evolution profile is not saved.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run simulation with detailed results
  2. Check in the Supply_system_operation_details
  3. Open N1001_operation.csv
  4. The columns will be empty
