Visualize-Energy-as-Sankey #139

Make a sankey diagram into the Visualizer component, showing energy flows and the contribution of different conversion and generation technologies, energy carriers, etc...

If I remember correctly - for this we'd need to know the losses through the envelope - do we have this information?

not yet, our hive sia380 is a bit too simplified. @Linwal has made a more detailed python script with losses for each building element separately. I plan to do it for hive 0.3 as well (May milestone meeting)
