Currently, the average hourly irradiation is computed for a multi-face Mesh, resulting in one timeseries of solar radiation. For this mean timeseries, the energy generation is computed. However, what about curved solar surfaces? Or surfaces, where parts are shaded. It would be more precise to compute solar energy generation for each mesh face, instead of averaging solar potentials for the entire mesh.
...averaging all vertices into one value is not as precise because efficiencies of solar tech are not constant. They are a function of, amongst others, solar irradiation
