Make it plot hourly information

known issue: oxyplot is very slow for plotting 8760 graphs.

Some suggestions (tbd): if whole year is shown, only plot monthly bars. User can then click onto a month for zooming in, where it then shows week bars. Upon clickin on a week bar, it zooms in again to then show hourly.
