Suggested Enhancement - Quick Select for PV Surfaces #633

When designating surfaces within the form for PV, if you have more than several dozen surfaces to add to the list you may be frustrated - for instance I had over 500 micro panels scattered across a larger surface that I wanted to test. It would be nice to have a select all button. Suggested workaround is to use a single mesh that is divided many times and then cut out the results you don't need.

PR #665 implemented multi-select surfaces. Suggesting addition: ctrl+A to select all surfaces in the list
