Display parametric building inputs on hizard #708

When using the parametric building input component, the overwritten values should be displayed on the Building Hizard (but still greyed out and non-modifiable via the Hizard)

Check parameters in all 3 tabs (Geo/setpoints; Envelope; Internal Gains/Ventilation)
