migrate honeybadger to c#

test correctness of values
update main gh template
remove from build.cmd and hive.nsi

the sia380 component could have an additional input to read the SiaRoom directly, so there would be no need to de-construct the json anymore in this sia2024_room_reader. I would still keep this component, because it might be interesting to use, e.g., for parametric studies
