Updated COP calculations for Air Source Heat Pump

Description

in certain climates and supply temperatures, COP of the simple ASHP equation leads to extremely high COPs (e.g., summer in San Francisco and 35 °C sup temp), whereas the Ashouri model doesn't get to lower than 3 COPs, which might be too optimistic in certain contexts.
Added the option to always take the min value between both models
Can be de-activated, because it could turn out that Ashouri model will be used solely in the future, given better technology parameters (pi 1, 2, 3, 4) available.
