Natural Ventilation Checkbox in sia380n simulation

Issues

Closes #752

Description

natural ventilation checkbox in building hizard now is checkable again
modified tooltip to emphasize that checking this checkbox will deviate from the pysics of the sia380 norm
same warning added to tooltip for adaptive comfort checkbox
some bools (use_nat_vent...) were used as global parameters in sia380.cs but never assigned
Checking NatVent will now change cooling and heating loads
