surface independent losses as 3D arrows on top #767

some losses and gains are independent of the surface, but only depend on volume and other params:

Q_V ventilation losses
Q_i internal gains

we could either split them up to the surface arrows, or, what I prefer, having an arrow on top of the building. Then, it is clear that theses losses/gains are not influenced by the surfaces
