Description

Added the reconfigured example file with the tree function inside.
I retooled it to read a json file, so if you need to you that python script (its faster).

[ ] Rebuild the Setup_Hive.exe
[ ] Update Hive Wiki (if needed)
[ ] Update InformationalVersion attribute in Hive.IO/Properties/AssemblyInfo.cs (if it's a new release)
[ ] Update most important Grasshopper template(s); as of now /GrasshopperExamples/LectureExercises/EaCS3_E04_Hive_Template.gh

to the future me (when I work on this issue): DON'T merge with master! this one has some messed up stuff from an earlier accidental merge. copy paste the csv, json and gh files into a new repaired branch

@justinfmccarty we had some problems with an accidental merge which always messes up the master. could you take your 3 new files (Hive_FullTemplate_with_tree_f...; tree_schedules.csv, tree_schedules.json) and make a new issue & PR, using the fixed master? This branch here, we have to discard, because it contains these weird bugs from that accidental merge.

Once you've done that, I can pick it up again. Cheers!
