Display a more helpful message on syntax error in external scripts

Currently, external scripts show a cryptic error message, something like this thread: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/revitpythonshell/3aJX6vlLxQo

RPS should provide an error message more like when running a script from python, with the line and column of the syntax error and some context.

fixed in commit e44f46a1e0b06675e7f1d9bc4870a021e79af0c3 still needs to be released...
