Updated AvalonEdit to 5.0.4 #68

Cloned the repo and used nuget to reintall packages and it installed 5.0.4

@eirannejad this is going to sound stupid, but... how do i do this nuget package again? the repo now has a folder packages/AvalonEdit.5.0.4 and inside that a AvalonEdit.5.0.4.nupkg and I'd like to unpack that into the lib style folder structure I had with AvalonEdit.5.0.3. I'm not really familiar with nuget and if you can point me in the right direction, I'd be super happy!!
