Project directory cleanups for clarity #74

Reorganizes the RevitPythonShell project directory structure for clarity. Combines command into the RevitCommands folder, forms into Views folder and all resources under Resources folder.

IMPORTANT: Since there has been changes to source file locations, this PR has already merged PR#72, PR#73, and PR#75 to resolved the merge conflicts.

checked out the code, built the installer, ran the installer, verified that rps starts. thanks! great job! i'll remove the pr's 72, 73 and 75 after confirming with @eirannejad
