Bug with 'building use type' #100

Bug in ln. 197 in simulation_coordination_py, could not read the building use type. Added an additional row in scenarios.xlsx with building usage type and corresponding number (1.1, 3.1): scenarios.xlsx

(@Linwal Or was that not the idea/ did you have an other way in mind to incorporate the building use type? Btw: I cannot upload it myself into the path, as I do not have the permission)

You are perfectly right in both: This should be there and you solved it correctly. It seems that I left out the excel files from my commits, however the tranlastion file was pushed, right?

About the permission, I'll see how I can give you permission.
