Add district heating #111

Add district heating as a system option. -> if easy, also district cooling

Data: I am not sure if KBOB nutzenergie for district heating does not already include the embodied impact. Maybe that is also a problem for the combustion based components.

@Linwal I just checked that. Seems like if you take Nutzenergie, then the embodied of the heater is also incorporated.
