Fix input of Nutzenergie #115

Fix Nutzenergie input, meaning that the embodied part should not show up in the operational emissions. Taken over from #111

kuhnal commented 3 years ago

The KBOB factors have been changed from Nutzenergie to Endenergie with the City District push. However, efficiencies for fossil systems, district and wood based systems are not reflected correctly yet. There is a further issue evolving: Dividing Endenergy/efficiency(from SIA 380) gives a higher value than Nutzenergie. This does not make sense, since for Nutzenergie, efficiencies as well as embodied systems are included. Probably, SIA and KBOB use different efficiency-values, KBOB does not state which numbers they use.

True, it seems that SIA is incoherent. I would assume that for fossil it doesn't matter too much because it will anyway perform badly. But for others it could matter. Maybe a combination of Endenergie and efficiencies from further literature could make sense. Let's discuss.

This issue was solved with merge #122 Nutzenergie was changed to Endenergie (according to KBOB values) and average efficiencies from "Leistungsnachweis" were also directly incorporated into the emission factors
