4h up prod teamcity server from 2018 to 2020 version install and start to learn youtrack

7H installed youtrack on a test server and created users and issues when I tried to make a backup, this error is issued

7h today I solved the error upgrade the version of youtrack from 2017 to 2018 when I try to upgrade from 2018 to 2019 I have an error YouTrack is unavailable

7h checked the fully working youtrack server, there were some doubts when switching from version 2017 to 2018 about HTTP requests and SSL sertificats
