So here is the code:

# -*- coding: utf-8 -*-
import sys
import site
site.addsitedir('/SE_controller') #try to load module from folder
sys.path.append('/opt/hypertable/0.9.5.6/lib/py')
sys.path.append('/opt/hypertable/0.9.5.6/lib/py/gen-py')
sys.path.append('/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages')
sys.path.append('/SE_controller') #try to load module from folder
from hypertable.thriftclient import *
from hyperthrift.gen.ttypes import *
from SE_text_query import * #error
from SE_text_parser import * #error
def application(environ, start_response):
    status = '200 OK'
    output = 'Hello World!'
    response_headers = [('Content-type', 'text/plain'),
                        ('Content-Length', str(len(output)))]
    start_response(status, response_headers)
    text='asdasdasd'

    return [output]
