Is this project under active development? #145

Hi, I want to know if this project is under active development and if there is anyone "in charge".

This is a nice project, we could set some baclklog and do things quickly.

I'm here to help if you want to.

The main thing is making sure everything still works as expected since the API was changed slightly.

Some leagues and competitions have possibly been modified and others are now no longer available for free.

Moving it over to support the latest version of Python 3 is also something that would be nice since this was first developed with Python 2.7 in mind.

Have you been able to run it successfully via the command line?

Have you any ideas for features that you believe to be missing?

I know there are API resources that we do not really make use of. https://www.football-data.org/documentation/api
