Pull request for Euro 2016 league and teams #93

This is event specific (As in only for 2016). If we want to have such a feature then we need a way to include international tournaments regardless of the year. If we have other APIs which we can use, that would be gr8! #91 provided some resource

Closing since the Euro 2016 finished a few months ago, but I agree with @ueg1990 about figuring out a way of including international tournaments a little bit easier.
