Problem: Transfer METS file doesn't get Ingestion and Virus check Events

Expected behaviour The Transfer METS file should have a Creation Event and no Virus check Event, given that the file is created by Archivematica during processing.

Current behaviour There is no Creation Event, but there is an Ingestion Event and an unnecessary Virus check Event.

Steps to reproduce Make an AIP and view the AIP METS file.
