Problem: double full re-ingest with OCR and normalization for access fails at "Generate DIP" #1374

To re-create:

  1. Create a transfer from Images/pictures
  2. Normalize for access only
  3. Create OCR transcriptions
  4. Full re-ingest
  5. Full re-ingest again

  6. Expect failure at "Generate DIP" on the second ingest (third time at ingest):

    mv: cannot move ‘/var/archivematica/sharedDirectory/watchedDirectories/workFlowDecisions/metadataReminder/doublereinocraccessshouldwork-5262ca1d-4689-4d51-88a5-8cdb0032ac5a/DIP’ to ‘/var/archivematica/sharedDirectory/watchedDirectories/uploadDIP/doublereinocraccessshouldwork-5262ca1d-4689-4d51-88a5-8cdb0032ac5a/DIP’: Directory not empty

Note: I successfully created this issue twice.

Double reingest is definitely a blind-spot, also related to https://github.com/archivematica/Issues/issues/751 (Codetree epic but Codetree has given up on loading it tonight)
