Problem: Examine Content Link to Bulk Extract Logs not Present #1386

The table that is part of the examine contents widget under the appraisal tab doesn't show a link to the log files, yet the title suggests they might be present. Screenshot below:

To recreate, make sure Examine Contents is set and from the SampleData repository, Transfer, archivematica-sampledata/TestTransfers/bulkextractorTests

While a number of changes have been made to arrangement, e.g. to incorporate tagging of files, the issue still exists in 1.10:
