Problem: Archivematica uses PRONOM V109

Expected behaviour

Archivematica uses the most recent PRONOM version compatible with fido and siegfried.

Current behaviour

Archivematica uses fido 1.6.1 and siegfried 1.9.6 which are compatible with PRONOM V109 and the last update to the corresponding FPR formats was on https://github.com/artefactual/archivematica/pull/1819

Steps to reproduce

1. Check the PRONOM changes and DROID signature file release notes
2. Confirm that formats after the 1st November 2022 | DROID_SignatureFile_V109.xml version are not listed in Preservation planning -> Formats

am 1.15 shows 1,475 formats in preservation planning, while 1.16 shows 1,582, reflecting the formats added in the PRONOM upgrade.
