Problem: Preservation planning lists E01 as EO1

Expected behaviour In Preservation Planning, the E01 disk image should be named as just that- E01.

Current behaviour It's named EO1 (E - capital O - 1, instead of E - zero - 1)

Your environment (version of Archivematica, OS version, etc) Reported on 1.7.2 and also present in qa/1.x

I just did a fresh install of Archivematica following the instructions for developers. I am unable to reproduce the bug... maybe some more information is needed ? Here is where I think this information should be:
