Problem: Partial reingest fails during Process metadata directory, if AIP contains OCR files

Expected behaviour

Users should be able to execute partial reingest and have it complete successfully.

Current behaviour

It fails on Move metadata to objects directory job, in the Process metadata directory micro-service:

"Error("Destination path '/var/archivematica/sharedDirectory/watchedDirectories/workFlowDecisions/metadataReminder/cdmTest-1d4ab603-9754-47c3-abf5-84fdccb055ea/objects/metadata/OCRfiles' already exists",)"

This only occurs if the AIP contains ocr files, and if transcribe is set to "yes" in the processing config on reingest.

To reproduce

-Make an AIP, ensuring that Transcribe files is set to "yes" -Do partial reingest, with a processing config that still has Transcribe files set to "yes"

Your environment (version of Archivematica, OS version, etc)

centos, qa /1.x (pre 1.8 release)
