Problem: files are not sorted in Appraisal tab panes

Expected behaviour

All the panes (Backlog, File list, Arrangement) in the Appraisal tab display the files sorted alphabetically.

Current behaviour

Files are not sorted:

Steps to reproduce

1. Start and send a SampleTransfers/Images transfer to the backlog.
2. Go to the Appraisal tab and click the Search transfer backlog button
3. Select the Images transfer, which select all its files
4. Display the File list pane
5. Add a directory to the Arrangement tab and drag the Images transfer (will add 10 objects)

It looks like (I did not confirm) the backlog pane is sorting ASCIIbetical, the file list is sorting alphabetical, and the arrangement pane is sorting not at all :smile_cat:

Note that the arrangement pane is intended to allow for drag-and-drop sorting so sorting may not be applied there on purpose.
