NB. there are other configuration references to transifex too, but I'm not sure what the impact of moving to Weblate looks like in terms of final result.

Description of the issue

Archivematica is moving to Weblate and so it seems the translation pages in the documentation need updating. (Note. I couldn't see an existing issue for this, but we may already be in the process of doing this somewhere).

Note: Weblate transition is currently on hold.
