Problem: sample data $HOME location in black-box AMAUAT isn't configurable

Expected behaviour

I should be able to supply a different path to the Archivematica sample data.

Current behaviour

Here we expect $HOME to be archivematica. But if you compare this to our analyst machines, home is actually artefactual. Other users might have $HOME elsewhere for testing.
