Preservation copies have changed with new normalization rules in 1.11 #10

Checklist test number: 2.5

Manual normalization test says Preservation copies should be .prk, .tif and .tif (three files).

However, the preservation normalization rule for GIFs has been turned off as a default in 1.11 and therefore there will only be .prk and .tif (two files).
