AA crush down(website can open but cannot operate) "systemctl status epicsarchiverap" shows that the service is working... #138

as the figure shows, my AA crushed down again this afternoon, the website can open but i cannot do anything...when i check status of the service, it shows that it is running. my AA runs at VMware, does the virtual env lead to this problem? why the website do not response but the service seems to run normally? We really look forward to your help! thanks

This is inadequate information to determine what's going on; you should be able to look into the localhost logs from tomcat to narrow down the command that failed. Some possibilities are - not enough memory ( thus continuous GC ). You can use "top -H" to see which thread's using up the resources and see if you can spot something there.
