Proposal to remove the header logo from org.epics.archiverappliance.staticcontent.img labLogo.png and labLogo2.png

And use a non sitespecific logo/header.

There is also an option to instead use the new EPICS branding colours.

Actually his one is solved in the linked pull request. :)
