Two releases share the same hash ID #81

Hi @slacmshankar How are you?

While I am switching my own local archiver as the latest one, I found two different tags [1,2] share the same hash id [3]. Is this in the part of your intention?

No; I need to generate a new clean tag. There was some mixup with the Oct tag...
