Removing PV then zooming out only does not fetch new data #14

Reproduction:

  1. Go to http://ret_hostname:17668/retrieval/ui/viewer/archViewer.html
  2. Insert a glob search such as Tgt-LSS1172::W3-
  3. Add 2 or more PVs from the list
  4. click the remove PVs button
  5. Remove the glob search
  6. Click zoom out
  7. See only the non zoomed out data.
