@lmcglohon there's a bit more to it as pre 2.x doesn't have common/ashttp. Smuggling it in there's then an issue with the version of the net/http module being older and not handling the uri properly :disappointed:

I stopped there as it's late ... think encouraging an upgrade to 2.x is the way to go.
