A fulltext search option to the tracker #96

Add an option to search through CVE, AVG and ASA? (With a way to filter on type?) The fulltext search should search the 'subject' and the 'body' of an CVE, AVG or ASA

plus notes and references as well. i think a simple search field is enough that doesn't require to have a complex checkbox to define what 'type' to search for. simple box doing a full search should be most convenient.
