Switch from weekly official to daily official image #2453

This fixes issue https://github.com/archlinux/archinstall/issues/2443

PR Description:

Uses the daily official image of ArchLinux.

Fixes the workflow iso-build.yaml and closes https://github.com/archlinux/archinstall/issues/2443.
