initial release of parse-submodules #33

As the title says. The script is supposed to help you gather information about all the required submodules of a VCS package and easily build a PKGBUILD with all necessary information.

Should be added to the Makefile so it can be installed :) https://github.com/archlinux/contrib/blob/master/Makefile#L7
