把winterpy作为一个submodule，同时为lilac{,run,lib.py}增加了一些可读信息 #18

我还是不太想用 submodule，因为它意味着我本地得保留多份 winterpy 仓库 :-(

+1，winterpy本来就是很多个相关性不太高的脚本组成的，而lilac只依赖于其中的一小部分，感觉没有必要clone整个仓库。

那我仿照https://github.com/archlinuxcn/lilac/blob/master/usage.rst 所提及的写一个类似的命令吧

我通常的做法是弄个 lib 目录，放从 winterpy 拷过来的模块。
