Update tests for R packages #205

@pekkarr I'm not familiar with R ecosystem. Could you verify those versions still match relevant R packages?

Yes, these are the correct versions. Bioconductor has a new release twice a year, and on each release they increment all package versions. The latest Bioconductor release was a few days ago which is why all of these were updated at the same time.
