Add support for --dbpath #318

Want to use /usr/bin/checkupdates and gnome-shell-extension-arch-update with yaourt, but it seems not support --dbpath option and fakeroot. It's continuously asking my password, though pacman is not.

Hm, yaourt respect --dbpath, if you provide a wrong --dbpath, it can't find packages. But yes, no error messages like pacman.
