Starting with the 2024.05.01 release, the Arch Linux bootstrap tarball uses zstd compression.

Hello, Thanks for your Pull Request! It looks good to me.

The CI failed because of an unrelated change in package systemd. As this PR is working towards fixing the currently-broken CI, I am merging it despite this failure.
