Update to systemd-246.2-1 #47

Updated PKGBUILD. I got a test failure when not using a fresh build VM. 377/504 test-path

On a fresh system installs ok.

By the way, I did not have any failure, either on my test VM or on my development/test bare-metal system. So it seems that the issue with test-path is not easily reproducible, which could be quite annoying if users hit it while building systemd-selinux. But I did not want to block the upgrade due to this.
